INTRODUCING STADIA THREE

A new multi-million-pound scheme comprising more than 600 homes and a public realm, anchored by a state-of-the-art football stadium built by and for AFC Wimbledon, is coming soon to South-West London. The first residential phase, Stadia Three, has been released with properties now available to purchase off-plan. Here’s everything you need to know.

Wimbledon Grounds is a 50:50 joint venture between London property developer, Galliard Homes, and a subsidiary of housing association, Catalyst. With planning secured in December 2017 and ground works already underway for construction to begin in autumn 2018, it is hoped that the site will be completed by early 2021.
